Easy to set up and program. The only thing that is confusing is when you have a 1lt but it's glass not steel and it wasn't a option in the app.

Love, love, love the Lucy Smart Cap set! For the first time I’m consistently hitting my water goals and watching the app update my water intake automatically takes the pain of water tracking out of my mind! Earning reward points just by drinking water is a huge bonus. Lastly, I had to email customer service about my charge cord and they were absolutely amazing. Customer for life!

I LOVE this Smart Cap set! I have city water, needless to say it doesn't taste good. I don't like using plastic bottles. I really enjoy the taste of my water when I use the Smart Cap. I ordered the double steel bottle but was glad the Cap fit on my Emilia Wickstead rose bottle! I highly recommend this set. It is great knowing it kills 99.9 of all the garbage that comes in my city water. I did have to learn how to use it. It must be sitting flat for it to clean the water.

So far this is a nice gadget. Not sure if the newness will wear off, but for now it is easy to use, and has worked well. Keeps me informed of how much water I consume and also has a cleaning feature that I like very much.

This Smart Cap is a game changer for hydration. The integration with the hydration app makes monitoring my water intake a snap. I took one star off because the cap needs to be charged more often than I would like.

Figuring out how to work the cap was tricky. I took a star because you can only use the cap with Waterdrop bottles. I’m not overly fond of the UV cleaning and set it off frequently. I cannot handle UV light due to lupus so this feature is kind of unfortunate. The charging light flashing is barely different than the full charge, it would be helpful to change the color of the petals than flash.

I'm enjoying the insight I'm getting from my Lucy. It's definitely helped me drink more water through the day, and made me realize that I was never actually taking in as much as I should. The measurements it takes from the bottle is pretty impressive. My only complaint is how it screws onto the bottle. I feel like I have to turn it so many times to get it on all the way, and even then it leaks a bit if I add a powder to the water that I have to shake to mix. I've only tried it on a glass bottle. I'm not sure if it would attach better on a steel.

I’m so disappointed. My Lucy cap would never fully charge, and then would only hold its charge for 3-4 hours. I wrote immediately, and it took 5-6 days for ANY reply. During that time, it quit completely. I am still getting dragged around with strung out emails.
